Cancellation Policy

At Yo-WiFi, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations can be made.

 


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders for Data Bundles

  • Cancellations must be made before the bundle purchase is confirmed.
  • Once a bundle purchase is confirmed via SMS or email, cancellations are no longer possible.

Orders for Devices and Hardware

  • Cancellations can be made before the order is shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order or service, you must contact Yo-WiFi’s customer support team immediately with the following details:

  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Reason for cancellation
